Originally created for interbank transactions only! 1934 A series $500 Federal Reserve Note from Atlanta, Georgia. The note has the bust of William McKinley on the front and the signatures of Julian & Morgenthau. This note has retained some of it's original crispness & is not heavily soiled or creased. There is, however, a small tear in the lower right hand corner. As of 1945 only 26% of these notes were known to have eluded destruction.
