The coin has some minor dark spots on the obverse, and the reverse has some light toning. The Benjamin Franklin half dollar was designed by John R. Sinnock, and were minted from 1948-1963. The coins were minted at the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints. Coin weight: 12.5g, .36169 ozt pure silver. Composition: .900 silver, .100 copper.
