1948-D (Denver Mint) Franklin half dollar graded at MS-65 (mint state 65 out of a possible 70) with Full Bell Lines by NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation). The coin has some minor dark spots on the obverse, and the reverse has some light toning.
The Benjamin Franklin half dollar was designed by John R. Sinnock, and were minted from 1948-1963. The coins were minted at the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints.
