HOW TO ORDER

FIRST AND ABOVE ALL: Make Sure this is the item you really want. We do our best to describe the item and provide accurate information. In addition we provide lots of photos with different view of the item. If you still have questions then e-mail us first! We don't do memos and you will be charged shipping both ways unless there was an error on our part.

*RETURN POLICY: If for some reason you are unhappy with your item we will gladly issue you a credit but there are no refunds unless there was an error on our part. There are a few simple conditions to our return policy though so read this carefully:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of reciept of item and notify us of the return.
  2. Item must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of notification.
  3. Most important is that the item must be in the same condition as it was when it went out.
We will inspect and photograph the item before it goes out to you to insure that all stones are secure and the item is as described.

All shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight. This was it is insured, must have a signature upon receipt, and is capable of being tracked. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is $10 (1-3 pounds), $20 (4-10 pounds), $30 (11-50 pounds)

Online purchase can be made by credit card through PayPal only. Items purchased through PayPal will be shipped the next business day. You may also purchase through cashiers check, money order or personal check. Items purchased through cashiers check and money order ship the next business day after receipt of the check. Items purchased through personal check ship 10 days after receipt of your check. No exceptions.
