These are fabulous and not for the timid heart! 14k, white & yellow gold, flowers with a soft brushed finish on the white gold portions and a high polish on the yellow gold. The "pistil" is made of pave' set sapphires. and there are prong set, diamond "stamens". The petals are studded throughout with flush set diamonds. The combined weight of the sapphires is approximately 2.36 carats. The sapphires are mostly transparent with a strong saturation of blue-violet color. The combined weight of the single round cut diamonds is approximately .80 of a carat. The average clarity of the diamonds is VS1 and the color range is G-H. These are pierced earrings with posts and jumbo 14k backs (not shown). This is an extremely well made pair of earrings. Weight of the pair is 22.9 grams.
